Inspired by 80s visual culture, my work features bright colors, surreal elements, raw calligraphy, and bold typography. Italianism 2018

Personal submission for Italianism 2018’s graphic design contest “Dieci Copertine” (10 covers).
The goal was to redesign 10 classic album covers of italian pop music.
My assigned cover was “L’era del Cinghiale Bianco” by Franco Battiato. 
I mainly focused on recreating the original exotic-surreal concept in a more modern look.
