36 Days of Type is a project that invites designers, illustrators and graphic artists to express their particular interpretation of the letters and numbers of the Latin alphabet.
For each edition, all participants share their artworks via Instagram by uploading their typographic interpretations of each letter and number to their profiles, while using the project’s hashtags plus the daily hashtags to submit their work and enter the challenge.
Following, my submissions for each edition.

#9 - 2022
For the 2022 edition I decided to collaborate with Jordan Warren’s project Funny Face Foundry‘s font where each letter has been designed by a different designer.
I was assigned the letter A.
#6 - 2019
In 2019 I decided to get rid of colors, 3D renderings and treat each letter as a black-and-white logo.
#5 - 2018
Fifth edition, using 3D renders but exagerate perspective and colors to match the midground with flat-vector graphics.
#4 - 2017
This time I decided to only use 3D renderings playing with reflective textures and abstract shapes.
#3 - 2016
For the third edition I’ve been a bit more present and kept doing a mixture of techniques, mostly experimenting with 3D
#2 - 2015
My very first edition, where I only designed a couple of letters experimenting randomly with different looks and techniques.
